Working together

Agree the important things before the work begins.

The scope, responsibilities, price and what you keep. These nine commitments underpin each proposal. Your assignment sets out how they apply to the research, campaign or workflow you commission.

Scope and price.

A written assignment.

Before starting, we document the deliverables, duration, price and responsibilities. That includes what your team supplies, approves and handles. You can assess the complete proposal before deciding.

A fixed price.

One price for the agreed work, excluding VAT. Paid work starts after your approval. Tools, data and model usage are separate, charged at cost or paid through your own accounts. We receive no commission or other payment from providers.

Build is invoiced 50% at the start, with the balance in two instalments of 25%. Run is invoiced monthly in advance. The defined €999 Plan is invoiced before research begins.

Prices and terms for each assignment

Changes agreed before extra work starts.

If the work needs to differ from the proposal, we explain the change and any additional price first. You can approve it or reduce the scope to retain the budget. Additional work should never first appear as a surprise on the invoice.

Working together.

A clear start to the schedule.

The delivery period starts when the agreed information, access and approvals are available. The proposal identifies what is needed and who provides it. Research, campaigns and workflows each have their own schedule.

You know who is involved.

We keep the team deliberately small and work with a limited number of clients at a time. That makes room for bespoke work, direct communication and attention to your business.

If a specialist is needed, they are named in the agreement before starting, under the same confidentiality terms. We remain responsible, you receive one invoice, and their access ends when their work is complete.

Agreed data access and GDPR responsibilities.

We use what you provide for the assignment. Before starting, we agree which data and sources may be used, which read or write permissions are needed and for which users.

GDPR responsibility usually sits with us, but varies by client and campaign. We document it for each assignment. We work within the rules and laws of the countries in which we operate.

Handover and continuation.

An agreed engagement period.

A Build runs to the end of its agreed period and cannot be cancelled partway through. It usually lasts 90 days; your assignment defines the actual duration. Afterwards, we decide together whether to continue.

Run is optional continuation after a Build. You can stop at any month end, with no minimum term, notice period or exit fee. Workflow care is a separate service, also with no minimum term and the option to stop at month end.

Your deliverables and bespoke code.

The agreed deliverables, configuration and decision rules belong to you. Bespoke code is in your repository from the first commit. Data, documentation and accounts also remain with your organisation.

Our existing software remains ClarityRev's. You receive a permanent licence to retain reused parts, modify them or have someone else modify them.

A handover you can work from.

The systems we build run in your accounts and can continue without our intervention. Your team receives the explanation and relevant alerts. You can take on maintenance or include it in further services.

Changes to sources, tools or business rules may require maintenance. If you end our workflow care, the workflow stays in your accounts; our scheduled tests and repairs stop.

How we test and hand over a workflow

Expectations

We agree the work. Buyers decide how to respond.

We do not guarantee a number of conversations. If research gives us too little reason to approach a company, we say so and explain what we found.

You approve the audience, claims about your offer and messages before anything is sent. The proposal sets out approvals and response handling.

Could you work for a competitor?

We do not usually exclude that. If you want exclusivity in a market, we discuss it upfront and record the agreement.

Can we agree confidentiality beforehand?

Yes. Email your agreement to info@clarityrev.com. We sign it before the work begins.

Does research commit us to a campaign?

No. Plan is available independently, with a handover your team can use. Research is paid work even if the conclusion is not to proceed. If a Build follows, all paid Plan fees are credited against it.

Are these the website terms too?

A paid assignment has a separate agreement. The terms for using this website are on their own page.

What needs to be clear for your team?

A Fit Call is a chance to discuss the task and the working relationship. If we can define the assignment, you receive a proposal with a fixed price within five working days. Paid investigation is agreed separately.
