Campaigns
A complete campaign, built for your market.
We research the companies and buying roles, write the messages and run the campaign. Responses get a follow-up, and sales gets the context to move the conversation forward. We agree how to divide preparation and execution with your team before starting.
A free 30-minute video conversation.
No preparation needed.
Before the first approach
Start with the commercial question.
- Who are we trying to reach?
- Which companies and sites fit? Which relationships already exist?
- Why would this matter to them?
- What could your offer help with, and what do we need to investigate first?
- What happens when someone responds?
- Who follows up, what needs checking, and when does sales take over?
These decisions shape the research, the message and the work we agree to do.
Put what you already know to work.
A change at a company can give you a reason to get in touch. Its account history may tell a different story: an existing customer, a proposal already under discussion or a reason to wait.
Where possible, we connect the agreed research and follow-up to your existing data and tools. Sales receives the findings, and what sales learns helps shape the next campaign decision.
How campaigns fit into our GTM systemPrepare carefully. Then run, listen and adjust.
A Build usually lasts 90 days. The first message typically goes out around a month after the start. The exact schedule depends on the assignment and the information, access and decisions needed.
Preparation
Choose the accounts and the approach
We use the ICP and research already available, investigate the gaps, then develop the account selection and messages. Access, approvals, channels and response handling need to be ready too.
From the first approach
Give each response a useful next step
We run the campaign and assess what comes back. A different contact, an existing conversation or a request to return later changes the follow-up.
Throughout the campaign
Learn from the market
We review replies alongside feedback from sales conversations. Where the evidence points to a better selection or message, we develop it within the agreed scope.
Clear responsibilities on both sides.
This is how we can divide a complete campaign. Your assignment specifies who does what, including channels, quantities and the handling of responses.
Select and research
ClarityRev
Build on your ICP and market knowledge, refine the selection where needed, and investigate suitable companies and buying roles. Record the reasons each account belongs.
Your team
Share your offer, market knowledge and existing relationships. Agree which accounts deserve attention and which should be excluded.
Write and prepare
ClarityRev
Write the messages and prepare the chosen channels. Personal details come from the research. Software can insert verified findings; we or your team write the message.
Your team
Approve the audience, claims about your offer and messages. Agree how approvals will work for short follow-up replies too.
Run and follow up
ClarityRev
Send after approval, read responses and handle the agreed follow-up. Qualification, further questions and arranging meetings can sit with us.
Your team
Lead sales conversations and answer questions requiring your expertise or a commercial decision. Your team makes any telephone follow-up calls.
Review and improve
ClarityRev
Review the work, responses and sales feedback together. Propose changes to the account selection, message, timing or follow-up within the scope.
Your team
Share what happens in sales conversations. Decide on your offer, pricing and commitments so the next round can reflect what the market is saying.
Close contact throughout the work.
We take on a limited number of clients at a time. That gives us room to understand your business and stay closely involved. The proposal sets out when we review progress together; between those meetings, we stay in touch whenever there is something to discuss.
Build
One assignment, including execution.
The agreed Build covers planning, research, setup, campaign operation and improvement. We specify which data and systems need to connect as part of that work.
Each campaign is developed for your offer, audience and commercial question. We agree the scope, duration and fixed price upfront. A Build runs to the end of that agreed period and cannot be cancelled partway through.
You do not need a ready-made list or a particular CRM. We assess what exists and agree the information, access and approvals required, including who needs to be available.
From
€8,490
Usually 90 days. Excluding VAT.
Payment
50% at the start. The balance in two instalments of 25%.
We do not guarantee a number of conversations.
Separate costs
Tools, data and model usage are separate, charged at cost or paid through your own accounts. We receive no provider commission. Any additional work and its price are agreed before it starts.
All prices and commercial termsKeep the work. Decide how to continue.
At completion, we hand over what has been done, what we have learned and what remains open. Your team can build on it. The agreed deliverables, configuration and decision rules belong to you.
Bespoke code is in your repository from the first commit. Our existing software remains ClarityRev's, with a permanent licence to retain and modify any reused parts. The full working agreement covers those rights.
Optional Run starts at €1,999 per month, excluding VAT. We continue operating and improving the agreed campaign. Run is invoiced monthly in advance. You can stop at any month end, with no minimum term, notice period or exit fee.
New campaigns, channels or parts of the system are agreed separately.
How Run worksBefore we start.
Do we need to buy a Plan first?
No. Research needed for the agreed Build is included. If you want research and target accounts for your team to use, Plan can be a complete independent assignment. There is no obligation to buy a campaign. All paid Plan fees are credited against a subsequent Build.
Commission research on its ownWhat if nobody responds?
We review what was done, what we know and where the silence occurs. Silence alone does not tell us why someone has not replied. We follow the agreed volumes, follow-up and stopping points. If the research gives us too little reason to approach an account, we say so and explain the findings.
Who writes the messages?
We do, or your team does. Each message is written for the offer, audience and campaign question. Software can add verified details from the research. You approve the audience, claims and messages before anything is sent; the proposal also covers approval of follow-up responses.
How will we see progress?
We record which companies have been researched, what has been sent, the replies and who owns the next step. We agree when to review that work together and include what your team is learning in sales conversations.
When would an employee be a better choice?
An employee may suit work that requires a permanent daily presence inside your business. A defined campaign can suit research and execution you want a partner to take on, with clear responsibilities for your team.
Who do you want to reach?
Tell us what you sell, what you have tried and where progress stalls. If we can define the assignment in the call, you receive a written scope and fixed price within five working days. Paid investigation is agreed separately.
