What does the work cost?

Choose market and account research, a complete campaign or a workflow for a recurring task. Each assignment has an agreed scope and fixed price before work starts.

A complete campaign

Build

From deciding which accounts warrant attention to handling the responses. We prepare, run and adjust the campaign. Execution throughout the agreed period is included in the price.

Usually 90 days. Excluding VAT.

The assignment sets out the scope, duration and fixed price. Build runs for that agreed period and cannot be cancelled partway through.

Payment

50% at the start, followed by two instalments of 25%.

Handle responses and arrange meetings as agreed.

What the campaign includes

Market and account research

Plan

An independent research assignment with a handover your team can use. You do not have to buy a campaign afterwards.

Research into a new market, the ICP or difficult accounts and decision makers is quoted for its scope. A larger Plan takes three weeks to three months, depending on the assignment.

€999 for the defined analysis of a customer export, excluding VAT

This Plan starts with an export of your customer records. Within two weeks of that export, we develop buying criteria, estimate the opportunity, select the first 50 prospects or existing customers to check and outline an initial Build.

The €999 Plan is invoiced upfront. Research remains paid work even if the findings do not support proceeding. The full amount paid for Plan is credited against a subsequent Build.

AI Workflows

From €749 for one defined task, excluding VAT

The smallest assignment connects two existing tools and includes a rule that holds uncertain work for review. It can be running within two weeks once the required access is in place. Four weeks of operation and adjustments are included.

Larger assignments have their own fixed price. Access and the decisions needed from your team affect the schedule.

Maintenance starts at €199 per workflow per month. This covers periodic tests, repairs and a change record. If a repair will take more than a morning, we quote it first. There is no minimum term; you can stop at month end.

How an AI Workflow is delivered

Continue after a Build

Keep the work moving with Run.

After a Build, we can keep running and adjusting the campaign. We review the response and adapt the work. A new campaign, another channel or an additional system component needs a separate agreement.

Excluding VAT. Invoiced monthly in advance.

You can end Run at the close of any month. There is no minimum term, notice period or exit fee.

What determines the fixed price?

For research, the questions, depth and deliverables define the work. For a campaign, account volume, channels, languages and the division of responsibilities also matter.

We connect the research and campaign to the information your team uses. The assignment specifies which existing tools we connect and what needs to be built.

The proposal makes those choices explicit: the work, account and message volumes, responsibilities, duration and price. A colleague who was not in the first conversation should still be able to assess it.

What stays separate?

Tools, data and model usage

These are charged at cost or run through your own accounts. We receive no commission or payment from providers.

Work outside the agreed scope

We discuss the additional work and price before starting it. You can also choose a smaller scope. A price changes only after agreement.

What do we keep when the assignment ends?

You own the agreed deliverables, configuration and decision rules. Bespoke code is in your repository from the first commit. Existing ClarityRev software remains ours; reused components come with a permanent licence to keep and modify them. If you stop workflow maintenance, the workflow stays in your accounts and our periodic tests and repairs stop.
