Fit Call

Twenty-five minutes, five questions, and nobody selling

Not a demo, because there is nothing to show you yet. Not a pitch, because we do not know what we would be pitching. And not free consulting, because 25 minutes is enough to find the problem and not enough to solve it.

What it is: five questions, your answers, and by the end both of us know whether there is something here. If there is, you get it in writing with a price on it, inside five working days. If not, you hear that on the call rather than in a proposal that arrives anyway.

Fit Call · 25 minutes · two of usRequest

We hold calls in European and US hours. You get two or three times to choose from, in your time zone.

Two of us are on every call. One of the two is your contact from then on, and the work, if there is any, is done by all three of us. You are not handed on.

A name, an email and a few lines, nothing else.

01The 25 minutes

You will be asked five things. You will not be pitched.

These five are the call. The answers decide whether the cheapest fix is a build, a switch, a connection or nothing, and where it would start. Read them now and the call gets shorter.

02Before the call

Nothing, before the call.

The five questions are answered from memory or not at all. What we need later, if there is a build, is small: an hour or so from whoever knows the customers, to agree what the words mean; a read-only export from whoever administers your systems; and one person who can decide without a meeting. None of it before the call.

03Who joins

One person is enough.

If two, the one who owns the problem and the one who would use what gets built, because the fifth question is about both of them and they often answer it differently. You do not need your IT firm, your agency or whoever administers the CRM: we ask about them, we do not need them yet.

04What you leave with

One of three things.

A written scope with a fixed price on it, inside five working days, that you can hand to anyone. A clear no, on the call, with the reason. Or a smaller step: something you already own switched on, two things you have connected, or a Plan against what is already running.

If you came for Plan, the call is the start of it. We agree what the export needs to contain, who sends it, and who on your side can decide. The €999 is invoiced before the work starts, and the two weeks start the day the export lands, not the day you book. At the end of them you hold who buys from you, as rules; how big that is; 50 names you can check; and the first thing worth building, priced.

05Before you book

Questions

Not on the call, because there is nothing to sell until we know what is wrong. If the answer is a build, what follows is a written scope with a price on it, inside five working days, that you can take anywhere, including nowhere. That document is the whole follow-up. If the answer is no, or something you can do yourself, you hear it on the call and nothing follows.

The line is not headcount. It is whether one person can still hold the customers in their head. If 20 customers are most of your revenue and one person genuinely speaks to all of them, we will say so on the call and you should not buy this. If they cannot, you are not too small, whatever the headcount, and the answer is often something you already own.

No. Arriving with "something is wrong and I am not sure what" is the normal state, and the second question is built to find out. If you know what to build, the call is a quote. If not, it decides whether a Plan comes first, and says so.

Come anyway. The fifth question asks who has to say yes, and the honest answer is the useful one. What you leave with is written to be forwarded: the person who decides can read the scope and the price without having been on the call. If they would rather hear it, book a second call and bring them.

Plan starts at €999 and comes off the Build. Build starts at €7,490 and Run at €1,999 a month. A single workflow starts at €749, kept running from €199 a month. The actual number is what the call produces: a written scope with a fixed price against it, inside five working days, that you can take anywhere.

It goes into our own CRM and nowhere else. That CRM is ours, not something we set up for you, and three people can see it. What you say on the call is used to write your scope and for nothing else. If you want confidentiality terms in place first, send yours. We sign whatever terms you use.

Yes. The call, the scope and everything written, in Dutch or English.
